1. Definitions

"Platform": the website and services of EU Compliance Hub. "User": any natural or legal person using the Platform. "Scan": an automated accessibility analysis of a website.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

3. Service

EU Compliance Hub offers automated accessibility scans based on WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549. Our scans provide an indication of compliance but do not guarantee full legal compliance.

4. Account and use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may only scan websites for which you have permission.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability

EU Compliance Hub is not liable for damages arising from the use of our scan results. Our service is a tool and not legal advice.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the Platform belong to EU Compliance Hub. You may use the reports for internal use and share them with regulators.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be announced 30 days before taking effect.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
